Due to the cost of printing and dissemination, this product is only available to the local Early On programs who provide services and supports for infants and toddlers, through the Part C system of IDEA.  Since we are in the process of redesigning each of the Guidebooks, the information in this guidebook will not reflect the most up to date language as well as the 2011 IDEA Part C Regulations.
